What is your Shipping Policy?
Please carefully read and understand the shipping policy below before
purchasing:
Shipping options
We offer shipping services to Canada, the US, and Europe. Below are the rates and delivery times for different regions:
Shipping to Canada and the US
Regular Shipping: $15 CAD/USD, estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: $25 CAD/USD, estimated delivery within 2-7 business days.
Shipping to Europe
Regular Shipping: $25 USD, estimated delivery within 7-12 business days.
Expedited Shipping: $35 USD, estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over $150 CAD or $120 USD with the regular shipping option
Order Processing & Cancelling
Order Processing:
Once a product is purchased from us your order will then move to
processing. As all of our products are made to order it may take up to 5
business days to create, package and dispatch your order.
Cancelling Orders:
Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not yet been dispatched, we
will use our discretion when a cancellation is requested. If your cancellation
request is not approved, you must wait until the order is delivered and
return it to us. Please see the returns policy for details (Attached Below).
The above cancellation policy does not apply to custom/personalized
products, and we reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request for any
reason.
What is your Returns Policy?
Thank you for choosing Risato Glass custom jewelry. Since all our products are custom-made based on your individual needs, we do not accept any form of returns or exchanges. The detailed policy is as follows:
Custom Products are Non-Returnable
All glass jewelry is custom-made, and once the product is shipped, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
One-Time Free Modification Service
If you need slight modifications to your custom glass jewelry, we offer a one-time free modification service. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving the product with the details of the modification required. Shipping costs for the modification will be borne by the customer.
Size Adjustment Service
If the size of the jewelry is not suitable, we offer a one-time free size adjustment service. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving the product. The shipping costs for the adjustment will be borne by the customer
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours by email if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and provide a satisfactory solution for you.
Lost Returns for Adjustment
Should the customer′s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen courier directly. Risato Glass is not liable for any lost returns. To avoid this, it is recommended that all items are returned for adjustments to us using a reliable courier, with a tracking option and insurance for your contents

Risato is based in Canada. We currently use our local postal service
(Canada Post) as our shipping provider. Please note, that once your parcel
leaves Canada, it is then transferred to the local postal service network
specific to your country. This means that the status updates Canada Post
receives are limited and therefore you must consult your country’s postal
service site for updates. Therefore, once your parcel has left Canada Post’s
postal network, we can no longer provide tracking information.
Customs Charges
Our checkout prices do not include any additional taxes or customs fees that you may be liable to pay on receipt of your package into your country. To learn more about this, please consult your country's government website for more information.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and
secure. Risato cannot be held responsible for items not received due to the
customer providing an incorrect delivery address. If an item is marked
undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address the item will be reissued,
only if they are received by our head office. These reissued items will incur
an additional re-delivery fee.
Product Warning
Many of our products contain small parts which may present several
hazards to children (Including Choking). It is your responsibility (As the
buyer) to ensure the products purchased are only used by responsible
adults for their intended purpose as jewellery or decorations.
If you have any allergies or are in any way concerned that a product
containing metal or metal variants may potentially cause you or others who
may be exposed to the product harm in any way, do not order.
