Description

The Crescent Moon series is a painting of the moon across different scenarios. From the horizons of the Pacific Ocean to the Hills of Fiji to the Sand Dunes of Namibia to the canopies of the Amazon, the crescent moon presents itself as a canvas upon which its occurrence is painted. As a reflection of self, it captures the subtle and complex interactions of colours, features and elements across each scenario. A crescent moon is an artistic snapshot of the moon from a horizon.
