Inspired by the restless movement of a fast-flowing river, the Reed Ring captures the fleeting moment when currents twist, fold, and turn over one another.

The sculptural surface of the ring follows the spontaneous movement of rushing water, with flowing curves and irregular folds shaped directly in molten glass. Rather than recreating a fixed form, we wanted each ring to preserve a small moment of nature in motion.

Sunlit Current brings together luminous shades of aqua blue, fresh green, soft yellow, and clear glass. As light travels through the layers, the colors overlap and shift, creating the impression of sunlight dancing across a moving river. From different angles, flashes of blue, green, and warm golden tones appear and disappear within the glass.

Each Reed Ring is entirely handmade in our studio without the use of molds. Every curve, fold, and flowing detail is individually sculpted by hand while the glass is molten.

The natural variations created during this process are an essential part of the design. No two Reed Rings are ever exactly alike—each one captures its own fleeting moment of moving water.
